Packaging and safe transport processes that preserve PVB film quality.
PACKAGING
Each layer of PVB film is separated by PE film. The rolls are then vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil bags and placed on pallets or in plywood cases, depending on the roll width.
STORAGE
Store in a clean warehouse at normal temperature. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Once the vacuum packaging is opened, store in an environment with a temperature of 15°C–25°C and a humidity level of 20%–40%.
TRANSPORTATION
Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and severe impact during transportation.
